Excitement is at an all-time high as the Glow and Grow event, set to take place at AMPM, Upper Arthur Street on Saturday, 26th April, is now completely sold out! With an incredible lineup of expert speakers, interactive sessions, and a lively party atmosphere, this event has captured the hearts of women across Belfast.

The event will showcase a variety of local beauty, health, and wellness brands, with the evening’s festivities hosted by social media sensation Holly the Destroyer, alongside our very own Editor-in-Chief, Leanne, aka LG Belfast East.

What Can Attendees Expect?

From confidence-boosting workshops to high-energy entertainment, Glow and Grow is packed with inspiration and fun. Mary McGuigan, an image consultant from Corporate Creative, will teach guests how to dress to impress, while Sandra Miskimmon of SMASH Worldwide will deliver expert advice on nutrition.

For those looking to reset their minds and bodies, Natalie Devoy of Nomad Yoga will lead an interactive yoga demonstration. Meanwhile, motivational speakers Amanda Rafferty and Patricia Breslin will empower ladies with words of wisdom on resilience and personal growth.

And if that’s not enough excitement, beauty demos and expert makeup advice will be delivered by local beauty brand I AM Beauty.
